Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of zentrovallc.shop and any purchase you make from ZENTROVA LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. An account is created only at checkout; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where an item is out of stock, a price or description was posted in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Compare-at prices reference our own former or standard selling price. Payment is authorized when you place the order and captured when the order ships.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for rates and timing.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limited Warranty

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery under normal training use. The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes, misuse, modification, or commercial gym use. Our sole obligation is repair, replacement, or refund at our option.

Assumption of Risk

Physical training carries inherent risk of injury. Our products are tools, not instruction. Inspect equipment before each use, follow the included guidance and stated load limits, and consult a qualified professional before beginning a new program.

Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the site, submit false reviews, upload unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Intellectual Property

The ZENTROVA name, logo, product names, photography, and site content are owned by ZENTROVA LLC and may not be used without written permission. Reviews you submit remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and excerpt them.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated, the site and products are provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Missouri, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
