Return Policy

If your gear is not right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back. We would rather you train in something that fits than keep a product you do not use.

What Can Be Returned

• Apparel that is unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Equipment in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• Recovery and hydration items that are unopened and unused.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on worn apparel, used mouth-contact items such as bottle lids, or any item returned without its tags.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@zentrovallc.shop with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you receive the label — unlabelled returns cannot be matched to an order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. For change-of-mind returns, a flat $6 label fee is deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and appear within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, tell us in your return email and we will reserve the replacement while your return is in transit. Exchanges ship free.

Faulty Items and Warranty Claims

Products covered by our one-year limited warranty can be claimed beyond the 30-day window. Send photos of the fault along with your order number and we will repair, replace, or refund at our option.

Sale Items

Discounted items follow the same 30-day policy. Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid.
